We don't charge extra for bank holidays, beds, air conditioning, heating and petting, the price you see is the price you pay and you won't find this quality accommodation and cat care cheaper anywhere else locally.
To prevent "no shows" 50% deposits may be required, we may refund/part refund deposits/payment if we are informed of any changes/cancellations in an acceptable time.
The rates above also apply to the day you arrive and the day you leave irrespective of the time, this is to cover cleaning and disinfection of the pen and bedding.
The prices above are subject to change at any point due to inflation/deflation/business costs etc. hence the prices shown above may not be the price you pay at the time of boarding (if viewing this prior to boarding), but we always try to keep our prices as low as possible.
Minimum stay period may be required over a bank holiday weekend, Christmas or New year subject to availability.
