IMPORTANT: All cats visiting the cattery must have an up-to-date vaccination. Please ensure you bring your vaccination certificate with you on arrival, noting the vaccinations must be completed four weeks prior to boarding or in accordance with manufactures/vet instruction. We cannot accept any cats without a valid vaccination card or instruction from a qualified vet.
A booking in form must be completed either prior to boarding (see online "booking form" on the "contact" tab) or on arrival, this is a cattery licencing condition and provides the cattery with all the relevant information needed for the cats stay and welfare.
If any questions or concerns arise, we will call you or the emergency contact number provided, in the rare occasion that anything becomes serious and we cannot contact you or the emergency contact we would contact your vet or our vet for advice/treatment.
If any cat become distressed in the cattery due to their nature or the new environment, we will do all we can to settle them. In very rare occasions we may need to call you or the emergency contact and/or move your cat into a quieter area or pen external to the main cattery.
We provide beds, bowls, toys, litter trays & litter, but you are welcome to bring your own toys, beds, scratching posts bowls etc. but they must be clean, flea free and in good safe useable condition.
If you have requested that your cats are to share a pen with other cats from your household then you agree that if problems arise between your cats, that we have the right to separate them and an additional charge may arise.
For the wellbeing of your cat/s and other residents please ensure your cat/s are free from flees and worms, we have the right to refuse boarding and/or treat your cat/s with agreement from a vet, any charge will be passed on to you the client.
Snuggles have the right to isolate your cat/s if we suspect that they may be infectious or with advice from a vet that may indicate they need to be isolated and/or provided additional care and monitoring.
